We are one team. Regardless of title or position, everyone has a very important role to play for us to achieve our goals.

I think this constitution is a simple one, but very important. We all have different roles and often times those roles cross over, but it takes the whole team to make this business run. We are gradually improving in that department. There has been less negativity and more of a team spirit attitude. This has made work so much more fun for me-way to go team!!

“Outstanding leaders go out of their way to boost the self-esteem of their personnel. If people believe in themselves, it’s amazing what they can accomplish.”

I love this quote provided by Sam Walton. It illustrates not only the importance, but the significance, that each and every person plays in life. Regardless of one’s role, regardless of the title we each carry, it is what we do, and how we do it, that makes a difference.

I have often heard the saying, ‘Fake it ‘til you make it.’ I’ve taken that a step further over the years and have utilized this adapted version, ‘Fake it ‘til you BELIEVE it.’

It is only through each contributor of a group, that the team has success, no matter what the input involvement is to the project.

Keep up the great work team. You can do anything you put your mind to doing. And if it is worth doing, it is worth doing well!

I’m always reminder of how everyone matters when one of my teammates takes a day off. Don’t get me wrong, days off are important for refreshing and resetting. But there is something missing when one the membesr of the team is off.
