Jan Golembiski LSW
Jan Golembiski’s 25 year career has focused on helping others. As a professional, credentialed Social Worker, Jan has worked with children and those with mental illness. However, she found her true calling, 15 years ago, when she started work at Seacrest Village Nursing Home. Jan now works with the geriatric population and their families to enable those with dementia and related diseases to have meaningful life experiences and to live as independently as possible.

Additional Information
Jan studied to become a trainer with the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. She now trains staff, professional caregivers, first responders, and family members in caring methods.
Jan believes in utilizing a holistic approach to caring for people with dementia and related diagnosis. This approach utilizes a myriad of disciplines, therapies and interventions to help support the whole person.
Jan enjoys being in nature in her free time and lives in Southwest Florida with her husband Steve and her dog Mack.
